MindBody Program with Life Coach Mary Scott

Beginning with my complimentary Pre-Retreat Coaching Session, I've designed the "Heart & Soul" program to honor each aspect of you: your intellect, emotions, physical body, and spirit. (Again, all activities are optional.)

When we put equal attention on these essential parts of us we experience greater balance: a real sense of peace, joy, health, and vitality...in alignment with our true (unguarded) self. 

So every day you'll be offered something special to engage and take care of each precious part of YOU, like intention-setting, tools for releasing limiting beliefs and emotions, health tips, guided meditation/visualization, yoga for all levels, fireside sharing, and wonderful walks in nature.

SoulCollage® with Mary McCormick

SoulCollage® is a fun and creative self-discovery process. You make your own deck of cards--each card representing an aspect of your personality or Soul. Those who wish to participate during the retreat can do this at any time--just wander over to our creative tables in your PJs, and make a card if and when you feel moved to do so! 

The process can be a very meaningful art form to deepen your understanding of yourself, your family/community/world, and your connection to Spirit-- whatever meaning that holds for you (see www.soulcollage.com). As a SoulCollage® Facilitator, Mary McCormick is beautifully wise, compassionate, and encouraging; I'm proud to have her as our special guest.

Optional Activities with Additional Fees

All individual bed and room prices reflect cost for entire 3-night retreat, including meals, all activities, and complimentary Pre-Retreat Coaching Session, with the exception of these two optional activities below:

(1) In-Room Massage: A wonderful, full-body treatment at Wunderview (1 full hr = $80), and worth every penny--I know! (Note: To ensure our therapists have enough advance notice, massage payments must be submitted in FULL with your retreat deposit, postmarked and sent to Mary Scott no later than MARCH 14. Your check would total $280 with massage or $200 without massage.) 

(2) Hot Sulphur Springs Soak: Afternoon group visit to the healing waters of Hot Sulphur, just 15 minutes from Wunderview. $17.50pp, $15.50 with coupon, or only $13.50 with spa service at the Springs. Private pool for 1 hour: $15.00pp (http://www.hotsulphursprings.com). The waterfall pool is an awesome stress-reliever. (No need to reserve this visit in advance, unless you purchase discount coupon from their site directly.)

Rest & Explore: There'll also be free time each day for you to rest, walk or visit the charming, historic town of Grand Lake. (see http://www.mountainlake.com/mlp/Scenery2.htm.)

To reserve your place, please review all information below carefully. 

All room and bed prices below reflect your total fee for your 3-night retreat (for list, please scroll to bottom). Includes lodging, chef-prepared meals, Special Bonus Pre-Retreat Coaching Session, and all activities except "Optional Activities" as outlined below. 

Retreat deposit: $200; optional massage payment in full/in advance: $80 for full hour. Personal check for $280 (or $200 if no massage desired) made out to Mary Scott, postmarked no later than March 14--unless you are an "Early Bird" (deadline Feb 16; same $200 deposit due, plus massage payment if applicable). 

First come, first served. Please submit 1-2 room/bed preferences (noting your favorite) with your deposit and massage payment; I will contact you upon receipt to confirm availability. Room selections cannot be held until payment is received. These inflatables are as comfortable as a regular bed--or even more so--we own one and love it!

MAIN LEVEL ~

Master 1 Private:  Beautiful large room with King bed, private bath, and french doors to deck. If private use only: $795

Master 1 Shared:  Same beautiful large room, shared by King bed and inflatable King: $735pp

Master 2 Private:  Luxurious large room with King bed and private bath. If private use only: $795

Master 2 Shared:  Same luxurious large room, shared by King bed and inflatable Double: $735pp

UPPER LEVEL ~

"Upscale Bunk Room":  Pretty shared room with Lower Double bed & Upper Twin bunk bed (both adult sizes). Private bath with tub and bathing hose, or use lower-level shower: $715pp

"The Loft":  Wonderful, large room with fantastic views, huge sectional couch, and TV. Single "day bed" and 2 inflatable beds--great if you come with friends or family. Uses Half-Bath on Main Level, and Lower-Level shower: $685pp.

"The Upper Loft": Small, private room with King or Double inflatable, located above "The Loft", accessed by short ladder. Uses Half-Bath on Main Level, and Lower-Level shower: $650pp.
