A Warm Welcome...
If you're seeking relief from any life stress and need a tough but caring Coach to achieve even your most challenging goals, then please read on.

With 12 years experience in corporate business and 16 years as a mental health professional (Master Social Worker), I now combine my knowledge as a Life Coach. I have great passion for the work I do, and continue to witness miraculous changes and achievements in many individuals.

I've seen even some of the most difficult situations and attitudes turn around quickly, and believe that anything really is possible! It's this strong belief that influences all I do: how I respectfully encourage others, the huge amount of faith I have in the process, and what keeps me strong personally.

No matter how frustrating things might feel now, you can come to see your challenges through new eyes, release your stress or pain, and realize all you desire. There is a way.

We ALL meet obstacles, but our strength is in HOW we meet them and how we THINK about them--it's our best way to control anything. It's possible to come to see even the greatest difficulties as opportunities, release any long-held beliefs and negative emotions that might be holding you back, and enjoy greater peace of mind.

Combining up-beat, solution-focused strategies with in-depth knowledge of psychology, I help individuals, couples, Military, and Veterans transform their lives. My clients all share very human challenges: frustration, lack of direction or motivation, anxiety, loss/grief, physical pain, relationship conflicts, anger, financial issues, and even trauma; yet change is always possible.

Working with advanced, "cutting-edge" tools, I help affect that change quickly. Written exercises to clarify goals and pin-point obstacles, practice sessions, stress-release techniques, and guided meditations/visualizations all rapidly work to unblock limitations. Just talking isn't always enough; too often we repeat the same stories expecting a different result. (Yet the result is usually more of the same!)

Certified in advanced techniques to release mental, emotional and physical distress like Tapas Acupressure Technique ("TAT") and Emotional Freedom Technique ("EFT"). Both techniques combine self-applied acupressure to the body, positive affirmations and coaching, to deliver often immediate (and sometimes permanent) relief from distress--ranging from simple frustration to traumatic memories. Offering greater relaxation and "emotional freedom", these easy tools allow people to attain their goals a lot faster.

Note: Although highly effective, EFT, TAT and other techniques are in no way intended to replace treatment by a medical doctor or mental health practitioner; these tools are simply complements to treatment.

Coaching with me is a very active and uplifting experienceEverything I do is focused on creating the kind of life my client really wants, whether I'm working with you by the hour or I've created a 90-Day Custom Coaching Program for you. Every goal includes realistic steps toward your personal success (however you define it), with emphasis on balancing the WHOLE self: intellect, emotions, physical body, and spirit. Along the way, we'll work to release what no longer serves you for good--so you can enjoy all life offers.

Life Coaching & Life "Support"

I'm here to guide you through your challenges, inspire your dreams, and celebrate your success. We'll begin by clarifying the precise insights, motivations, and tools that fit for you. Then you'll practice with me, learn to excell on your own, and find a FREEDOM few people ever enjoy.

No matter who you are and what feels difficult for you, I care deeply about your progress. Yet life's challenges don't have to be unwelcome ones. Together, we'll take the first step by understanding exactly how you perceive yourself and the world around you. Then we'll work to shift any limiting beliefs and emotions that might be keeping you from what you really want. "Negative" experiences turn into "opportunities", and your past becomes a vital teacher.

My Personal "Opportunity" & Resulting Gifts

Learning to live confidently and happily inside our own skin, especially in life's darker moments, can feel hard and perhaps at times impossible. Yet having my own past experience with loss and serious illness, I know that living more happily is very possible.

After a bumpy childhood, I thought that I'd enjoy some peace for a while--ha! Loss knocked on my door repeatedly, eventually compromising my immune system...resulting in years of frustrating health symptoms.

Several years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. This news began a journey right on track with what I had been consciously working on: releasing childhood grief and resentment for good. Boy, was this my big opportunity. A close friend feared I was in denial, but I was actually feeling excited: I had been given a gift.

Through the illness, I learned even more about myself than I thought possible. I also gained excellent information on some of the most effective health strategies now available (which I used to bounce back from treatment), and how to better respect and nurture the people most precious in my life--including myself.

I still feel incredibly fortunate to have taken that journey, and call on the same strength I needed then to get me through lesser life stresses.

Inspiration from Our Military & Veterans
This spring and summer, I was invited to work with the National Veterans Wellness & Healing Center, a 501(c) 3 non-profit program completely free to Military/Veterans and their guest (see www.veteranswellnessandhealing.org).

Asked for my experience in stress and trauma release, I went to New Mexico not knowing much more than I'd be helping free up particularly resistant, often long-held distress. Over 220 hours later, it's some of my most rewarding work to date.

To bear witness to the sheer determination of these individuals and their partners (many who came with healthy skepticism, and were close to giving up) was an honor--further proof that the human spirit's ability to triumph is there for ALL of us.

Now, I only want to provide more of this exciting work to all individuals, no matter how small or large their distress.
